Jehnel Redison Wong was born on August 9,1974 in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental Philippines.

Her grandparents, Milagros and Leon Redison raised her from the age of 12 to 16 in Banga, Aklan.

Jehnel is a registered Medical Technologist, having graduated from Centro Escolar University in the Philippines. She worked for 5 years in Aklan Cooperative Mission Hospital.

Jehnel's first love is dancing. She won the Search for DISCO KING and QUEEN dance competition three times in Banga, Aklan. Jehnel is a student of Arthur Murray Dance Studio, located in Coquitlam British Columbia. She competed in the Arthur Murray International 2017 Dance-O-Rama in Vancouver and was awarded Top Solo Associate Bronze at the Banquet Awards. In 2019, Jehnel was awarded 4th place in the ALL-AROUND Category Associate Bronze at the Seattle Dance-O-Rama. She formed a dance group called "Banga Beautiful Philippine Street Cultural Dance to Honor the Sto. Nino” and performs at the annual PINOY FIESTA Unang Hirit sa Tag-Init in Vancouver.

 She hopes by joining Theatrix Youtheatre, performing in senior events and various organizations such as Historama, will inspire youth in dancing and social interaction.  

 Jehnel volunteers for school fundraisers and supports many worthy causes.
